Report: Meatball Strips Area Hotel’s Liquor License Because Drag Show Held There

It’s all culture war, all the time with Gov. DisHonest:

[A] luxury Miami hotel was stripped of its liquor license Tuesday after putting on a “sexually explicit” Christmas drag performance with children in the audience, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantisannounced.
The Sunshine State’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation had warned the Hyatt Regency Miami against letting children under the age of 16 attend the Dec. 27 “Drag Queen Christmas Show” at its James L. Knight Center, according to a formal complaint shared with The Post.
But the venue went ahead with the performance anyway, letting minors attend if accompanied by an adult.

Imagine running a deluxe hotel in a destination city nearby everything, and you’ve lost your liquor license. He effectively is putting the Hyatt Regency out of business so he can feed red meat to Possum Hollar.

Expect lawsuits.

Can’t quite put my finger on it, but Florida is giving me vague 1930s Germany vibes for some reason…

Just unbelievable. Repealing a liquor license because of a hissy fit. That’s got to be illegal for Deathsantis to begin with. Of course he Fk’d with Disney for similar crap. First off the man, and I use that term lightly with him, is way too preoccupied with gayness. He has to be a repressed-closeted gay, with too much fear of the opposite to be real. Second off, he really fancies himself a dictator, his word is the law. A strange group of voters that approves of that.
I can only hope his plans are at least defeated and perhaps even he is outed. It’s only fair.

The Hyatt is not Jim & Jeanie’s B & B. Damn right there will be lawsuits. I hope they hire Dominion Voting Machine’s lawyers.

Meatball got a chance to kick the Illinois governor in the nuts. He took it. (Pritzker family own Hyatt.)

Kinda like TFG, but more competent.

How long till streaming shows on Britbox is illegal in Florida? And when will they come for my copies of Some Like It Hot and The Bird Cage? Fortunately my gun collection is not nearly as big a threat so they won’t be taking those away.
