Invading Mexico seems to be a thing in the GQP. Something about bombing drug cartels and their Mexican enablers. Seems at odds with the fact that Mexico and the US have mostly been good neighbors for a long time. Still, Graham and company want to drop deadly weapons on the Mexican people? The DEA 50+ years and things have just gotten worse every freaking year.
If there was ever an Agency that needed a definitive chart of what success looked like and was held to it, the DEA would have been shut down back in 1975.
