That heel (the ones on his hooves, I mean) are at least 2 inches high, and notice that it is a stacked Cuban heel, so maybe more, or even lifts inside the boots. Look at where the ball of his feet are hitting, I’d bet that’s where his toes are.
That’s a British-cut, double-vented suit with the stiff rolled shoulders, but for whatever reason, he’s wearing it cut very short (maybe to make his legs look longer?), and very tight, so instead of hanging over his ass in a flattering way, the vent tail flounce out like a peplum.
Also: boots with suits?

I’m 6’4″, and although I can’t speak for the rest of the 6’4″ people, the last thing I notice about anybody is their height. If the guy doesn’t like his own physical appearance, I should feel sorry for him. But I don’t.
