Here’s Some Stupid To Start Your Day: No Labels Proposes Unity Ticket

No Labels – all things to anyone or nothing to everyone?

Former Senator Traitor Joe Lieberman’s (Lieberman Party – CT) comically inept No Labels centrist think tank is floating the idea of a unity ticket for the 2024 Goat Rodeo, and get load of who they think could win:

No Labels insists they are not actively considering any specific candidates for a Unity Ticket, nor are they running a campaign, but whispers in Washington and in political circles suggest political moderates are being eyed for the effort, including Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Massachusetts Republican Gov. Charlie Baker and Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan.

Yeah, imagine that: A Manchin third-party candidacy. Democrats will flock to that for sure. Manchin refused to rule out a presidential bid himself.

Anyway, here’s No Labels thinking:

No Labels officials told Fox News that their internal polling and modeling has shown that a unity ticket could win the Electoral College in at least 23 states, representing more than 270 electoral votes.

And pigs will fly outta my ass.

In the meanwhile, Manchin has already sabotaged WV Democrats: Sen. Joe Manchin told CBS’ Face the Nation that he won’t decide whether he will run for Senate reelection until Dec. 2023, you know, when it is too late to recruit a different candidate and get the whole campaign apparatus up and running. Tiger Beat has the hot gos:

ONE TO WATCH — “Manchin 2024 intrigue keeps West Virginia centrist in limelight,” by The Washington Examiner’s Samantha-Jo Roth: Should GOP Gov. JIM JUSTICE challenge Sen. JOE MANCHIN (D-W.Va.), “it would make for a clash of the titans in West Virginia politics and put two longtime colleagues at odds. … Several Republican operatives said they don’t see a scenario in which Manchin and Justice run against each other.”

And that is professional courtesy.

I place even odds that they’re trolling for donations, just plain trolling, lying outright, Fox is lying outright, or high as fuck.

Or of course the pentafecta: all five.

We need a new “just say no”-style campaign:

“Huffing your own farts…not even once!”

No Labels is terrible at applying labels. However I don’t have a problem with a Unity Party dividing republicans.

    • Sadly it would only divide the minuscule fraction of Republicans who would support a [checks notes] Joe “Coal Joe Lieberman” Manchin/Larry “Who the hell is Larry Hogan?” Hogan ticket from the feral horde of regular Republicans.

No Labels officials told Fox News…

Nothing, and I mean nothing on the face of this earth, would delight Fox more than another John Anderson in 2024.
