    I agree that Gaetz should have known what his source was. Still, I don’t think the witness should have called it Chinese propaganda, rather than just a Chinese government publication. Does he call official statements from the US government US propaganda? I read the Global Times, and I know it reflects the Chinese government position, so I don’t take it at face value. Then again, I don’t take US government statements or what’s in the US media at face value. Fox might be the worst, but most of the media cater to their audience. Their purpose is to make money, not to inform us.
