K-Mac Is Really Bad At His Job, Part Infinity

K-Mac’s Political Machine Hard At Work

Of all the many reasons K-Mac sucks at his job, this is one I did not think of, but makes total sense:

When House speaker Kevin McCarthy gave Fox News host Tucker Carlson, a leading Jan. 6 revisionist, exclusive access this month to a vast archive of unseen surveillance footage of the deadly Capitol riot, he — expectedly — pissed off the left. But the Republican lawmaker’s move didn’t just infuriate his liberal counterparts, who accused him and Fox of working to rewrite history and potentially even inviting new ‘security risks.’

McCarthy’s gift to Carlson immediately triggered a right-wing media feud, and drew the scorn of multiple high-profile Donald Trump allies. And it quickly led to McCarthy getting legally threatened by the former president’s favorite election-attacking pillow mogul, who’s using a pair of extremely pro-Trump lawyers — one of whom sued the Jan. 6 Committee.

Yup, he pissed off Hair Füror’s attack pillow salesman.

He ought to be charged for redoing the entire security system to make up for exposing to the insurrectionists where the cameras are and for exposing whatever the security measures are recorded in those tapes.
But those tour guides that took the scouting party around the place should be charged, too, and I don’t see that happening. yet.

I would like to ask, “WTF was Qevin thinking in pulling this stunt?” but that assumes he can think. It just blows my mind that this stupid bastard, as Speaker of the House, would even consider doing this, given what a lying, debased A-hole Carlson is and what the negative implications of it are for physical security in the Capitol Building.

And he’s even saying now that other press outlets can get the recordings, but only after Carlson has had time to propagandize them. Does the stupid sonofabitch know how bad this makes him look, how utterly irresponsible it is? How partisan, petty, and undignified it is?

And yes, these are rhetorical questions. I am only left with the question of how our electoral system keeps electing and reelecting such imbeciles to high office.
