For a long time now the Rethugs have openly called for the end of Social Security and Medicare. It even seemed like some Democrats were OK with that.
It is thrilling that we are finally throwing that back in their faces as unacceptable. We can’t let them get any more set with the idea of curtailing benefits. Thank You, President Biden, for making Social Security a cornerstone again.

The problem with this, of course, is that when she says “reform” the rubes hear “make it better for me and take it away from ‘those’ people”. They will support this action no matter what the evidence shows.

I want to hear one tell us how they’re gonna pay everyone what we’re already owed. The “entitlements” of which they speak aren’t that at all, unlike the subsidies many large businesses take for granted. SMH.
Also, yes, I am confident that Pres. Biden and his admin. will not hesitate to keep this front and center! If it wasn’t so serious it’d be hilarious.
