    I live in Oregon (pronounced Oregun) and I’m fairly certain that I’ve seen that plate somewhere in the metro area of the People’s Republic of Portland. It’s not offensive at all, but I have to wonder about the lightning bolt as pictured, I get the feeling someone is doing their best to scare the rubes…
