The Daily Beast reports that not only did Spurious George’s campaign treasurer quit leaving Santos without a treasurer on the same day those committees are required to file their 2022 year-end reports, and also asked the FEC to refer the case to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation.
That’s like the opposite of quiet quitting.

As I read the articles, it was Nancy Marks who resigned as treasurer (of the Devolder-Santos For Congress Committee), and Thomas Datwyler (who Santos said was his new treasurer even though Datwyler had declined the offer) who asked for the criminal investigation.

A tad bit off topic but still within the Law of Tangents.
What? Doesn’t he want to be in the Brazilli family any more? Must have a dart board with all the last names that he tosses darts or something at, so as to start the day with a last name and then just fills in the “story lines”
