With us, it is true. I think we are doing something wrong. I think we could do better with young men and also immigrants. In some ways, they have similar problems.

So, have you had time to think about this comparison? And you say nothing? And you have already thought about why women and girls don’t usually do this? Or are we all on autopilot?

What do you propose, Richard? How do you deprogram the average incel, who sees women as prey or a commodity? How do you prevent that programming from being set in place? How do you deal with the toxic masculinity problem?
Where would you start?
Because I have very few ideas. All I can do is treat the people around me with equanimity and call out any untoward aggression if it feels like it won’t end in assault.
