#IllegitimateSCOTUS Round-Up (Open Tabs)

(Hat tip: Scissorhead D-Cap)

The documentary Justice premiered at Sundance last night, and yes it does bring new evidence to light that the Virgin Mayor of Keg City lied about not being a serial sexual assaulter (allegedly) AND that the FBI did not vet much/any of the 4,500 tips they received about him (allegedly).

It’s probably not much of a surprise to those of us who were outraged all along that Kavanaugh is a drunken creep, but that it took Hollywood to pursue this story and not Our Failed Political Press ™ is another scandal.

Oh, and as for yesterday’s #IllegitimatSCOTUS scandal of the Leak That Could Not Be Found, TBotP reports:

The Supreme Court official who conducted an inconclusive investigation into the disclosure to POLITICO of a draft majority opinion spoke with each of the court’s justices during that process, but did not demand that any justice sign an affidavit, according to a new statement…

“During the course of the investigation, I spoke with each of the Justices, several on multiple occasions. The Justices actively cooperated in this iterative process, asking questions and answering mine,” Curley said.

But not under any kind of legal constraint. Got it.

Strange. Perjuring themselves at their confirmation hearings wasn’t a problem.

Just another example of JR’s powerful leadership. Why set an example for the underlings by asking each Justice to do what their support staff would then have to do?

It is appalling, Annie. Roberts’ reactive style is even more ineffective than his “leadership” style.

He is a pair of cheap sunglasses, and we can see right through him.

What a slimy white boy. Son of privelege, he rode to his position on greased skids. He is a perfect example of corruption. I feel sorry for us. We deserve better.

It just wouldn’t do to bust a Supreme Court Judge for this leak, and no other peon is falling on his sword so far. Their whitey’s are getting tight and they don’t know who to blame. What a joke.
