I was puzzled by that, too, so I opened the yootoob. It’s being rehabbed by Woodside Wildlife Rescue in Mississippi. From the yootoob info:

Beavers on the Ukrainian border have been unmolested during the war and have dammed up enough streams so that the border with Belarus is now a swamp (again) and thus not open to forces invading from there.

From my own reading of the article – the beaver’s name is Sawyer (cute, right?) and is being raised with two other beavers, Huck and Finn. Which is how they do it. They are considered “nuisance” animals in some places so having places like this one that can rehab is golden to the rescuers of beavers.
The Ukrainian thing is … good news. Even the beavers don’t like Putin invading. I wonder what other wildlife trots around the countryside muttering “Slava Ukraini!”
Also, the Canadian accent is from Klaatu42 – “welcome to Canada”. No beavers were harmed in the making of that video. Don’t go there if you can’t spend at least 15 minutes checking out what the animals have been saying.

“how they do it” is they have to raise orphaned beavers in groups of two or three. I guess Angry Beavers got that right.
