The guy just lies the way others breathe: He announced he was sworn in yesterday. No one has been sworn in because there is no Speaker of the House to do it. The 118th Congress right now are all Representatives-Elect.

Housekeeping note: there is precious little news other than K-Mac is really bad at his job.

    How can anyone vote for anything when they haven’t been sworn in yet?

    Apparently the clowns (GQP) are now in charge of our government. Here’s hoping they don’t run their little clown car (us) into an unmovable object, but they’re welcomed to shoot themselves in the footsies at any time…
