That is going to come back and bite the Illegtimate SCOTUS conservative block on their plump asses, and I imagine that Sammy Alito is already bristling as legislating from the bench is mosdefinitely his jam.

    I love Judge Judy. I have even cited her in a discussion with my landlord. After five years on the lease, almost every broken or worn-out item has succumbed to “normal wear and tear.” We’ve been renting this property for almost 45 years, and TWO landlords. The rent has moved from 150 Ameros per month to six hundred for two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. The house is with lower apartment (ours) and two upper flats. Our rent checks have NEVER bounced, and they are always on time, usually the same day the SS money goes into the checking account. We have been solicited by other local landlords, and we always say “NO.”

    I’d like to know what alleged emergency he is referring to.
    (If that emergency is stated in the case, I apologize for my ignorance, and I gotta go get ready for work now. I’m essential, even though the talking heads have forgotten.)
