Vanky recalls so little, I have to assume either her melon is empty or she had a traumatic brain injury.
I’ll give her lawyer props, he had her well prepared. I’m probably about halfway through, and I gotta say: Jamie Raskin is a badass boss. His questioning is intense (and leading, I have to admit) and would have gotten a rise out of anyone not totally prepared.

Thing one – Referring to Hutchinson’s remarks, she reported that the Trump lawyer who prepped her for the hearing told her she could claim she didn’t recall something if any little detail was fuzzy without perjuring herself. Like, if she wasn’t sure of the date or the time of day or what someone was wearing she could not recall what someone said on a day she was asked about. (Which explains her testimony verbal tic when she returned – everyone said “something to the effect of”)
Item 2 – She’s a Trump. You really think she hasn’t gone through this kind of deposition before? Learned it at daddy’s knee… (eww, just thought of what her first practice in testimony might have been)
