More bad news for Hair Füror on the legal front: there ain’t no executive privilege or attorney-client privilege when you are committing a crime:
Federal judge orders former top lawyers in Trump’s White House to testify in criminal grand jury probe
A federal judge has ordered former top Trump White House lawyers to provide additional grand jury testimony, rejecting former President Donald Trump’s privilege claims in the Justice Department’s criminal investigation of his effort to overturn the 2020 election, people briefed on the matter said.
Pat Cipollone, the Trump White House counsel, and his deputy, Patrick Philbin, appeared in September before the grand jury in Washington, DC, as part of the Justice Department probe, which is now being overseen by newly appointed special counsel Jack Smith.
Cipollone and Philbin declined to answer some questions at that time, citing Trump’s claims of executive and attorney-client privilege.
Right about now his ass is so tight he craps out coal (if not diamonds).

And various testimonies and evidences, such as that available from the recently decided Oathkeeper cases, provides evidence supporting the commission of a crime that trumps attorney-client privilege.

I’m guessing that even with the stress of the closing in on him indictments that even TFG cannot achieve enough pressure to make diamonds, but I’m sure (and happy) that he will suffer some serious bouts of constipation. After all for everything he put us through he really deserves it…

Definitely not diamonds. But I wouldn’t put it past him to put out coal and then sell it as Trumpy Diamonds. (Just right for making jewelry for your Trumpy Bear!)

So his Executive Privilege has finally run out. I for one, celebrate this. Too many uses of his get-out-of-jail-free card when it should have been put back in the box when the game ended. I wouldn’t want to be in charge of cleaning the walls at his resort though.
