Mock Paper Scissors

Those aren’t handled in special autopsy rooms, but by the normal medical examiners office. Except for the fully skeletal remains, which get handed off to the specialists in the anthropology department.
At least that’s how they do it here in Baja Arizona…

They tried thissort of thing in Alien: Resurrection, by locking two aliens in a cage together, so one killed the other to release the acid blood to escape. Don’t underestimate aliens.
