(Gun) Smoke and Mirrors From the NRA
At least 5 people were killed in shooting at an LGBTQ+ club in Colorado Springs, Colorado. That’s five more people who won’t be at Thanksgiving this year, five families that will never be the same.

There have been more than 600 mass shootings so far this year in the United States, according to the Gun Violence Archive.
It’s all a sick and cynical game for Republicans. Then Republicans give us a metric ton of Thoughts and Prayers today, ask them what they plan to do about it.

They will of course tell the LGBTQ+ crowd to arm themselves because more guns are always their solution.

Weirdly they haven’t all decamped to places like Somalia and Afghanistan that must be the most polite places on earth thanks to being awash in weapons.
