Senatorette Lindsey Graham is in a heap-o-trouble in Georgeduh, he doesn’t want to testify against Lord Damp Nut, and so he has asked our stacked and illegitimate SCOTUS to block his testimony, and you’ll never guess who gets to decide to stay it or pass it on to the full court:

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Friday asked the Supreme Court to shield him from testifying in an investigation into former President Trump’s alleged interference in the 2020 election in Georgia.

Graham’s request comes a day after a lower appeals court refused to halt his testimony before a Fulton County, Ga., special grand jury.

In court papers filed Friday to Justice Clarence Thomas, who handles emergency matters arising from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, Graham urged the court to find that constitutional protections for lawmakers should prevent him from being forced to comply with a subpoena issued by District Attorney Fani Willis (D).

So here’s the jeopardy he’s in if our stacked and illegitimate SCOTUS doesn’t stay his testimony, Lindsey will have to do one of the following: 1) plead the Fifth, which makes him look guilty; B) commit perjury and/or iii) admit he broke the law. If Lindsey ends up testifying against the Count of Mostly Crisco (NEW NAME ALERT!), then he risks having Hair Füror release whatever the kompromat is that makes ol’ Linds such a reliable throne-sniffer.
