If we had a functioning Department of Justice, 2X Impeached LOSER ex-Prznint Stupid would arrested by now, but we don’t and he isn’t:

Judge: Trump signed court document that knowingly included false voter fraud stats

Former President Donald Trump signed legal documents describing evidence of election fraud that he knew were false, a federal judge indicated on Wednesday.

I believe that is perjury.

U.S. District Court Judge David Carter wrote in an 18-page opinion that emails from attorney John Eastman, an architect of Trump’s last-ditch effort to subvert the 2020 election, needed to be turned over to the Jan. 6 select committee. Those emails, Carter wrote, “show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public.”

Well, Eastman is totally eff’ed in the dark. There goes his law license.

The emails are among the files that Eastman had been declining to turn over to the committee, citing attorney-client privilege. While Carter concluded that some of the materials fell under that privilege, he ruled that Eastman must disclose four emails to congressional investigators because they are evidence of a likely crime.

And that crime is obstruction.

There’s so much here, it’s unassailable that Hair Füror has broken an uncountable number of laws. Honestly, just pick a crime, AG Garland, any one of them and charge him and get him off the streets before he commits another one.

Any of us would already have had probable cause hearings and so forth by now.

It is pathetic how the law loves him so much. The guy is a walking crime wave yet he is still free. Pretty sure Garland is waiting on the election now. He probably doesn’t want to bring charges if they will be automatically laughed out of court by the Rethugs. If he had moved a while ago he could’ve had him halfway to a trial by now, but no.
I’m still waiting as are we all, but he has to charge the orange slug or we are done as a free country.
