Pay the Lawyer

Maybe Lord Damp Nut actually found a lawyer who can, you know, negotiate? Chris Krise demanded —and got— paid in advance!

Trump’s Save America paid $3 million to cover top lawyer’s legal work

Donald Trump’s outside spending arm has paid $3 million to cover attorney Chris Kise’s legal work representing the former president, according to three people familiar with the arrangement.

The $3 million paid by Save America PAC is a significant sum, and comes as Trump faces a number of federal and state probes that will require substantial legal help…

…It’s unclear if the sum paid by Save America PAC is going directly to Kise or if it has been placed in an account that Kise will bill as he works for Trump. Kise left the firm Foley and Lardner and set up his own firm, Chris Kise & Associates, in orderto take Trump as a client. Save America made the payment as he was going through that complex process, so it’s unclear if the payment went to a financial vehicle controlled by his brand new firm or one controlled by another entity.

Damn, this dude is not one of Hair Füror’s usual fools.

Doesn’t matter TFG still thinks he’s smarter than everyone else, still won’t listen, and still won’t shut the fuck up.

Mr Kise is still part fool if he works for the biggest shit-head in the world.

  4. I’m failing to imagine the “Sir” story this guy will turn into. Hopefully he’s already fled the country with the 3 mil.

  5. Aaaand there’s evidence for the DOJ’s investigation into his PAC…which he is treating as a cash flow to him, personally. I don’t know if it gets as far into the weeds as Stevie Three Shirts’ charity grift, but there ARE some rules about what you can do with a PAC, and paying your personal legal bills is not one of them.
