Trump Filing technique at Merde-a-Lardo

Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered the release of a less-redacted version of the affidavit that justified the Merde-a-Lardo search. The main new information is that a bunch of the documents that Hair Füror (ALLEGEDLY) (DEFINITELY) stole were labeled:

• HCS (human sources)
• SI (signals intercepts)
• FISA (domestic surveillance)

As you probably can guess, all of these are very classified documents, and Lord Damp Nut cannot declassify it legally, you know, using his orange swiss cheese brain using his Kreskin-like ESP super-powers (or to have said classified documents at his country club, d’uh).

In other news of the (ALLEGEDLY/DEFINITELY) stolen documents:

• The Department of Justice filed a new brief with Judge Aileen “I ❤️ Trump” Cannon. The feds observe that in each legal filing, twice-impeached LOSER ex-prznint Stupid seems to have a different story as to whether he declassified the documents or not:

“Plaintiff principally seeks to raise questions about the classification status of the records and their categorization under the Presidential Records Act. But plaintiff does not actually assert—much less provide any evidence—that any of the seized records bearing classification markings have been declassified.”

And I guess that is the return of Bullshit Barbie’s Alternative Facts, you know, in legal context.

•  The National Archives says it isn’t sure whether Lord Damp Nut has surrendered all of the documents he (ALLEGEDLY/DEFINITELY) stole from the White House.

The House Oversight and Reform Committee has requested an urgent review of presidential records from the Trump administration to identify any presidential records…that may still be outside of the agency’s custody and control.

They are also requesting a personal certification from Donald Trump hisself that he has returned all of the relevant documents.

Roy Cohn is laughing at the idea of a mobster putting his crimes in writing. Even one as dumb at Lord Damp Nut isn’t that stupid, even if he actually knows how to write (and that is assuming a fact not in evidence).
