Some Fries With Your Stupid?

The Big Lie

Sweet, sweet relief

We knew this was going to happen, but we did NOT know it was going to be this this stupid:

A Michigan GOP gubernatorial candidate who rioted at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 is refusing to concede despite finishing in fourth place in Tuesday’s primary.

Ryan Kelley received just 15.4 percent of the vote in the primary, which conservative pundit Tudor Dixon won with 40.6 percent of the vote. Dixon was endorsed by former President Donald Trump. Businessman Kevin Rinke and doctor Garrett Soldano finished second and third, respectively, with 21.9 percent and 17.9 percent. Rinke has also refused to concede, though his reasoning is to not “concede until they count the last vote, and that’s just how I am….”

“Let’s see the GOP and the predetermined winner call for a publicly supervised hand recount to uphold election integrity.”

  1. The GQP candidate for Guvnor in the TTSKoA, Kari Lake, has already announced (long before the election) that if she loses, it’s due to clear and convincing fraud, which is so clear and convincing she doesn’t even need to mention the evidence…just the fact that she lost is evidence enough of clear and convincing fraud.

These people approach elections as if they were WWF tournaments. There’s a designated winner from the beginning, and if that winner doesn’t win someone cheated.

Obviously she doesn’t believe it will be because of fraud when she loses. She’s just laying the groundwork to take what she didn’t win by chicanery . The former guy showed her might be possible. She a good learner and understands the grift.

      • Oh she’s still claiming the election was rife with fraud, even though she’s won.

Kari Lake declared victory Wednesday in the Republican gubernatorial primary even as votes were being counted and as she continued to insist there is evidence of fraud in Arizona elections — evidence she would not share with the media at a news conference she called.

‘I’m not going to release it to the fake news,’ she told reporters in front of her campaign office. ‘Why would I release it to a bunch of people who denied there was fraud when there was obviously fraud?’

Instead she vowed to release it to ‘the authorities.’

The relevant “authority” in this instance would be the currnet AZ Secretary if State (and her opponent fin the Governor’s race) Katie Hobbs, but I expect she will declare the correct authority to be the voices in her head.

Fuck me…She’ll be easier to defeat than the other R, but having a literal raving lunatic running for the highest state office is going to be an exhausting slog.

I feel you pain BDR.Our district’s resident loon is Boebert. She’s blindingly stupid but cunning and grifty. Lake seems like the same sort of pernicious moron. I could be wrong, but I doubt she believes her own bullshit, She just knows it riles the rubes and works for her.

I have this wonderful dream that the Democrats sweep every seat at federal and state level unopposed as the Republicans fail to get a name on the ballot because all their primaries are still being contested in court. That would be the ultimate example of everything TFG touches dying.

Wow, when that Orange feller sprayed his defecate around, he really spread it. Now we have every kook and nut declaring fraud when they lose an election, sometimes even before they lose an election. What an absolute mess. We really need to put the grownups back in charge.
