Surprise! Your Rapist’s Embryo Is Deductible in Georgia

Sic transit gloria mundi

Your rapist’s embryo is a tax deduction, ladies!

Absolutely eff’ing nuts: In Georgeduh, you can claim your rapist’s embryos as dependents on your taxes:

In light of the June 24, 2022, U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization and the July 20, 2022, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Sistersong v. Kemp, the Department will recognize any unborn child with a detectable human heartbeat, as defined in O.C.G.A. § 1-2-1, as eligible for the Georgia individual income tax dependent exemption. The 11th Circuit’s ruling made HB 481’s amendment to O.C.G.A § 48-7-26(a), adding an unborn child with a detectable heartbeat to the definition of dependent, effective as of the date of the court’s ruling, which was July 20, 2022.

This is broke-brained Republican men’s thinking distilled into crystal clear absurdity: no woman will want to abort a tax deduction.

But of course they’ll do this, but will also continue to ignore the kids once born. On a similar note, I found this on Reddit the other day. Seems like a good place to drop it…

But I thought fetuses were human at conception and not when the heart starts beating. Why would a fetus with a heartbeat have more worth than a fetus without one?? At least this answers the question of whether or not a pregnant woman can use the carpool lane.

  3. How much of the tax year does the fetus have to exist for the deduction to be claimed? Will there have to be an official death certificate issues in the case of a miscarriage? Do the dumbfuck penis heads doing this stuff ever do their own taxes?

That doesn’t specify who can take the deduction: the rapist, or the axolotl tank.
Since axolotl tanks have no rights…

Looks like there is a slap fight starting up.
    Probably won’t last long.

I too saw that “paying support leads to abortion” idea. All I can say is what a nutjob must be. Likely has a problem with child support and wants out of it, but what a twisted idea to get that across.

Rapist Brock Turner is an example of what they think of as their constituency.
Who matters? Always the Brock Turners.
Won’t everyone think of what this rape will do to Rapist Brock Turner?!

One more idiotic move by a bunch of middle-aged morally bankrupt white republican incels with paedophillic urges who are skeered of what tucker carlson has told them of the lack of white babies being born compared to that of the brown and black baby onslaught.

No doubt the conservative ‘geniuses’ here in alabamistan will copy such horrible legislation for good measure just to show them uppity womyns.

If I live in NJ, and i bury my aborted fetus in my backyard, do I get the “Trump” tax deduction?
