GOP’s Policy on Women

Republicans have activated their Todd Akin replacement unit in Montana:

“The womb is the only organ in a woman’s body that serves no specific purpose to her life or well-being,” [Rep. Brad Tschida, R-Missoula, who is running for Senate District 49] said. “It is truly a sanctuary.”

“The Skirts are just incubators,” he did not add, but probably thought.

So he’s’ saying that to a woman, having children “serves no specific purpose to her life or well-being.” You can’t have a baby if you haven’t got a womb. Where’s the fetus going to gestate? You going to keep it in a box?

I was thinking that the testicles serve no specific purpose to his life or well-being.
Also, they do tend to push their owners around, allegedly.

I don’t think that word means what he thinks it does anymore. American Xtians have changed the meaning of sanctuary to a bad thing because it can apply to illegal immigrants. This brings up a new question. Can a republican woman get an abortion if she’s been raped by an illegal alien?

So what does that guy do all the livelong day? Count coins and invest in realestate? Beat up on his wife and children? Does he really have to be such a dick? Does he even need a dick? Because it is not working for him. Call me old fashioned, but this guy is a criminal.

Oh, but he’s so, so wrong! In actuality, the uterus is an organ whose main purpose is to protect the rest of the woman’s body from the rampaging, devouring greed of the fetus. It is well-understood that a fertilized egg can attach itself to any part of the body, and if it does, it will rampantly gobble up every blood vessel, food and oxygen source, constantly seeking more and more nutrients for itself, regardless of what might happen to the hapless host in which it is a parasite.

The uterus is typically imagined, by creepy Christian right-wingers, as a “safe little nest for the pwecious dawling widdle babby,” but in reality, it is a heavily-armored solitary-confinement cell for a potentially dangerous parasite that only becomes a wanted, beloved child because of the will, conscious desire and choice of the woman in whose womb it is carefully sequestered.

I wonder if this asshole would say the same thing about his own reproductive organs?

    Wait, what about her appendix?
