I honestly really don’t see the conflict here…she very very carefully said ‘ until every legal remedy ‘. You know, like fucking John Kerry should have done in Ohio in 2004 when they stole the election there.

Taking all the legal remedies is not inconsistent with agreeing with Barr that ‘the big lie is bullshit’ because that’s what taking 60+ ‘legal remedies’ told them.
Thats why they resorted to the illegal remedies.

It’s well worth noting that when she uses the word “legal”, she does not mean it in the same way you – an intelligent, social, empathetic person – does. She means “uses lawyers”. The distinction between legal/illegal has absolutely no meaning to her in large part because it implies consequences, which is a word not in her vocabulary.
Whether or not their legal strategy follows a within-the-law pathway or not is of less than no interest to her, or her or anyone who surrounds her. If there is any price to pay, well, that’s what the rubes are for.

Well, at this point, I imagine all the republicans have Frank Luntz’s phone number on speed dial to consult with him about what the best words to use to flip everything they say everyday in court each time they have to speak under oath.
