US AG Merrick Garland will probably not be watching today’s Jan 6 Committee hearings (shocking, I know) but he has a good excuse:
Attorney General Merrick Garland made an unannounced visit to Ukraine Tuesday for a meeting with Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova to discuss the continuing effort to identify and apprehend suspected war criminals, according to a Justice Department official.
Whatever it takes so he doesn’t have to prosecute criminals here, I guess.

If he doesn’t take care of the war criminals at home, the Russian war criminals will never be brought to justice.

He doesn’t have to be watching live nor does he have to be in the U.S. to watch the hearings. He can also multitask. Let’s not be foot-shooting and fatalistic based on fear & doubt sans fact -it’s despiriting. He said “Jan 6 prosecutors are watching”, he also said he’s watching.
I’m not trying to be argumentative, just encouraging. Stay positive.

WTF? In what world is his presence needed in Ukraine over America? I mean, he isn’t doing his job here to the point it’s a shame seeing him F’K’ing off over there.
