The Republicans in very blue Nevada have nominated Jim Marchant to be the Secretary of State and he would ultimately be the guy overseeing elections if he wins in the 2022 Pie Fight.
Marchant is a Big Liar and Stop-the-Steal enthusiast:
The incumbent is a Republican and is term-limited, so this is an open election.
I’m hoping that this is obvious overreach on the part of Team Evil, and that his Democratic opponent in the general election —Attorney Cisco Aguilar— can make that claim successfully.
This is a shocking development.
