    I begin to think the greatest value of the hearings is the opportunity to needle TFG. He’s already blowing a gasket and I really hope he self-destructs over the continuing expose.
    I don’t think the hearings will change many minds, after all, if you love Donny, you already have a closed mind. Many don’t even believe there was a seditious riot. However, if he messily blows up ala Captain Queeg I will be happy. There will never be enough clips of old Donny sputtering and spraying in ineffective, childish, anger.

      However, if he messily blows up ala Captain Queeg I will be happy.

      It always pays to remember that Captain Queeg was exonerated because of the treachery and cowardice of one of the accusing officers…

      The MAGA mob/GQP is completely zombified now. The Committee could have a video of him raping a minor, corroborated by live testimony of witnesses who also appear in the tape and who saw him do it, and it wouldn’t phase his cult in the slightest. Same with incontrovertible evidence of his participation as POTUS in a seditious plot to overturn the election. These creatures no longer have any collective, or individual, conscience when it comes to supporting him, nor do they value democracy any longer. And, they have “leaders” leaders in Congress like McCarthy and Cruz who are even more culpable because they should know better but don’t care either.
