Two lumps of stupid may not be enough. On the brighter side of stupid, using an AR-15 to clear raccoons from the chicken will probably wipe out your chicken yard, or at the very least scare them so they won’t lay eggs for you…

Given the bad shot these yahoos are that then need rapid-fire military weapons with ginormous magazines to shoot at raccoons, I’ll add they’ll also probably wipe out their neighbors, random people driving on the roads, etc.
Of course, if it’a one particular raccoon, you may want to use one. or a missile launcher. Or nuke it from orbit, but you’ll probably still die:

Do they eat what they kill in CO or just kill for fun? Around these parts, we use fences and dogs to protect our chickens. If we have a critter problem we live trap it and relocate it to nearby woodlands. The few that do kill critters for fun usually use a pistol or a little 22 rifle and not a frigging machine gun that fills it will 3 bullets per pound. Wake up, man.

Damn, I used a single-shot .20 gauge to take out raccoons & other varmints when I lived in the country. These dudes are so lame with their weapons of war for small animals.
