So much for the Russian Usurper’s best chance to debunk the RUSSIAN HOAX!!1!
WASHINGTON, D.C.—The jury on Tuesday found Michael Sussmann not guilty of making a false statement to the FBI in September 2016 when he said he was not working on behalf of any client when he brought information alleging a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank.
We note that the verdict —which was returned super-fast— was a humiliating blow to John Durham, who was appointed by the Trump administration three years ago to scour the Mueller-led, Trump-Russia investigation for any wrongdoing. Heh.
Yeah, damn that corrupt justice system! Seems that someone loaded up the Federal bench with a bunch of Federalist Society nutjobs. We ;should really look into that–thanks for the tip, Donnie!

I’ve got a few suggestions about who they should talk to if they want to prosecute someone for criminal conspiracy.

The case smelled like dogshit from the get-go and, contrary to nature, it stank more as time went on. John Durham’s reputation, such as it was, now also stinks like dogshit — ETTD.

This whole case was brought and predicated on the basis that the orange turdsicle was going to win, and his wartime Consigliere Barr would be able to spin this into an investigation to finally “lock her up” all the Democrats like he spun the Mueller investigation. Durham couldn’t be fired (as a special prosecutor) but it would be useful for an enterprising reporter to dig into just what was promise to Durham for doing this shambolic shitshow of a fail and who promised it to him.
