Connecticut resident David McCormick —who’s neck and neck with New Jersey resident Dr. Oz for the GOP Pennsyltucky US Senate nomination— has filed a lawsuit to require counties to count mail-in ballots with undated envelopes.
McCormick’s lawsuit, filed after hours, asks the state’s Commonwealth Court to require counties to promptly count mail-in ballots that lack a required handwritten date on the return envelope. It is the first — but likely not the last — lawsuit in the contest between Oz and McCormick, a former hedge fund CEO.
“These ballots were indisputably submitted on time — they were date-stamped upon receipt — and no fraud or irregularity has been alleged. The Boards’ only basis for disenfranchising these voters is a technical error that is immaterial under both state and federal law,” the lawsuit said.
However, Ronna Romney McDaniel, the RNC chairperson and Lord Damp Nut’s personal trophy, and Pennsylvania GOP have intervened to oppose McCormick and, uh, ensure that their own voters’ ballots aren’t counted.
In a statement, the Republican National Committee’s chief counsel, Matt Raymer, said “election laws are meant to be followed, and changing the rules when ballots are already being counted harms the integrity of our elections.”
Gotta do what Hair Füror ordered. Them’s the rules, and boy is this one gonna be a bitch in the general election.
Opportunity knocks, but Karma hunts your ass down.

I love it, tRump has long railed against mail in ballots being counted, and now his handpicked candidate who is ultra maga is demanding they all get counted. Does that twist even register to the cult base? Hugs
