Grifters Gotta Grift, Campaign Finance Edition

“What are you wearing?”

The stench from this is enough to make a maggot on a merde wagon puke:

Washington (CNN)The Supreme Court on Monday ruled in favor of Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas in a case involving the use of campaign funds to repay personal campaign loans, dealing the latest blow to campaign finance regulations.

The court said that a federal cap on candidates using political contributions after the election to recoup personal loans made to their campaign was unconstitutional.

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the 6-3 decision. Justice Elena Kagan wrote the dissent for her liberal colleagues, Justice Stephen Breyer and Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

Expect twice-impeached LOSER ex-Prznint Stupid to reimburse himself for the use of his own “brand”. It’s coming.

(And I apologize for having 2 Cruz items back-to-back. You deserve better.)

Just wandering past and wanted to note that there was absolutely nothing to stop Senator shite-bag from utilizing the “legislative process” to transparently roll back McCain-Feingold corruption reforms, well except for the transparency. Instead, shite-bag trotted off to the Federalist society Court to do his dirty work in the privacy of the least powerful of the co-equal branches of government.
