The Stupid Coup Makes Debate Debut in South Carolina

Lobbyist arrives from Corporate America

Let’s listen as Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC) defends his vote to impeach Hair Führor during a Republican primary debate:

Rice just exposed all the Republicans running for re-election as cowards, or insurrectionist sympathizers.  Look at the others on the stage, starring downward, expressionless.

So well done.

A Republican who believes in the Constitution. Well congrats to him, but hellfire and damnation to the many those that don’t. If I was a citizen of the great State of South Carolina (fortunately I’m not), I would consider voting for him…

If the seditionists won and TFG managed to bully, cheat and lie his way into becoming a dictator, would Rice have done anything?

No absolution, no easy pass. If you still have (R) after your name after 1/6, you’re guilty.

Until we demand and receive a parliamentary type of gov’t whereby everyone’s voices are heard, we will continue to watch as our fragile democratic republic rots on the vine with the choice of stewardship being helmed by either the party of grifting sociopaths, theocratic loons and racist imbeciles or the party of feckless, incompetent bureaucrats.
