Grandpa Walnuts Mavericks Us Again!!1!
There was an amazing fight on Twitter last night between Soylent Blonde and Steve Schmidt. I’m not sure what/who started it, but it culminated in this extraordinary thread, rolled here in which Schmidt gives the reputation of Grandpa Walnuts such a beat down that doctors may need to exhume Walnuts to give him a second autopsy.
A second thread about Palin is also instructive.

I had just read the first thread on Twitter when I saw this post. Apart from the disgrace that was “our hero, John McCain,” there is a huge story here about the Russian involvement in US politics and collaboration between Russians and Republican politicians way before Trump. It’s weird that Schmidt hasn’t talked about this all these years, but when does this mammoth revelation leap beyond Twitter and TG’s blog onto the front pages of every damn newspaper and lead story of every damn TV program in the US?
