Some Post-Prandial Stupid?

Lord Damp Nut sued Twitter to get his account back, and, well…

A judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit by former President Donald Trumpseeking to lift his ban from Twitter

The suit alleged that Twitter violated the plaintiffs’ First Amendment rights to free speech, and asked the judge to rule that the federal Communications Decency Act was unconstitutional.

I guess the twice-impeached LOSER will have to go where LOSERS go: TRUTH Social.

  3. Oh, but Douche-Social is soooo “superior” to Twitter! -he’d never sit in the gutter, curbside outside the hallowed gates of Twitterdome, begging, crying, whining (and suing!) to get back in to a place that threw him out on his flaccid fat ass. It’d just be so humiliating …

Welp, with his 3 hand-picked Federalist Society justices joined by the two other Federalist Society justices, TFG may win on a SCOTUS appeal at least on the constitutionality of the Communications Decency Act. There’s no mention of electronic communications in the constitution nor “historic traditions” of such.
