It goes right to the top, Sheeple!!1! – Yup, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is trying to negotiate a Stupid Coup immunity-for-testimony deal:
Alex Jones, the host of the conspiracy-driven media outlet Infowars and a key player in the pro-Trump ‘Stop the Steal’ movement, is in discussions with the Justice Department about an agreement to detail his role in the rally near the White House last Jan. 6 that preceded the attack on the Capitol.
As a condition of being interviewed by federal investigators, Mr. Jones, who is known for his rants about the ‘Deep State’ and its supposed control over national affairs, has requested immunity from prosecution. … [H]is discussions with the Justice Department suggest that the investigation into the post election period could be gathering momentum.”
Jones was on stage on January 6, and allegedly he was in the so-called war rooms with Roger Stone.
Needless to say, Jones is not a reliable witness, but this is still significant. Chem trails! Chimera! Lizard People! Roger Stone! (is that redundant?)

Ya gotta wonder about the DOJ these days because they’ve been so very quiet about their investigations of the 01/06 thing. Quiet may be a good thing if the investigation is going swimmingly, but this guy Alex Jones is a reptilian piece of work. It would be advisable to tie him down firmly and check every bit of his testimony for accuracy. I mean after all he is a snake and is most dangerous when cornered, he IS cornered, and he knows it…

Immunity agreements always have clauses that say “if you lie to use, the whole thing’s off and we get to use everything you told us against you; have fun in the sneezer for the next 5 to 10!”

Best case scenario – lying weasel is being used for bait.
He knows what he knows and who he knows it about.
Who he knows it about also knows what he knows.
Also, will his testimony include turning over physical evidence, including electronic devices and the data on them?
