Hair Füror changes public housing address?
Guys, Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg says that Alvin Bragg is not done with the Trump Investigation:
The Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg announced that his office’s criminal investigation into Donald Trump and the Trump Organization is still ongoing and that members of his team are “exploring evidence not previously explored.”
In a rare statement issued Thursday, in apparent response to signs that the probe might be unraveling, Bragg emphasized that prosecutors are “investigating thoroughly and following the facts without fear or favor.” But he declined to go into specifics about the probe, citing legal rules concerning the discussion of grand-jury matters. “While the law constrains me from commenting further at this time, I pledge that the Office will publicly state the conclusion of our investigation — whether we conclude our work without bringing charges, or move forward with an indictment,” Bragg said.
However, the Daily Beast says that “yet another prosecutor appears to have been pulled back from the case, according to knowledgeable sources who say it could be further proof of the probe’s failure.”
There’s no doubt in my mind that, for whatever reason, Bragg has spiked this thing; what he is doing is to preemptively manage the fallout of not bringing charges.
Meanwhile, New York Attorney General Letitia James has asked a judge to hold twice-impeached LOSER ex-prznint Stupid in civil contempt, and to fine him $10,000 per day until he turns over subpoenaed documents.
That’s how it’s done, Alvin.

The short version is that the only reason the DOJ is not cooperating is that they must be doing a CRIMINAL investigation of their own on how Russian Asset Hair Füror ended up absconding with state secrets.

Yeah, turns out that a Jan 6 defendant attempted subpoena, first requesting the feds serve it as they expected this. The state called it speculation, so the defendant went through the process and reported the results with a reiteration of the request for the feds to serve the subpoena…
Is it legal for secret service post-prez security to impede such processes? Or for regular security to pretend to be secret service?

Until proven otherwise I am going to assume that Alvin Bragg had a significant enhancement of his retirement portfolio that coincided with his sabotage of the Trump Investigation. Corruption and moral vacancy have no political or socio-economic boundaries.

Dayum! When TFG finally croaks the lines will be long at the unemployment office for investigators and their aides. There must be thousands of them. Meanwhile, if the republicans take back the House & Senate Handsome Joe will be impeached within two weeks.
