Guys, the Republicans have added another plank to Rick Scott’s 11-point platform for the 2022 election: Gouge Diabetics!

Democrats in Congress unanimously passed a bill capping the cost of insulin at $35/month, and 193 Republicans voting against it (five didn‘t vote at all).

The GOP had an opportunity to support making insulin more affordable for millions of Americans, and the response was: “Meh. Big Pharma is people, too.”

The bill now goes to the Senate to be smothered in its sleep by Republicans.
