The Stupid Coup

SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas (Undated File Photo)

Big Lie enthusiast Ginni Thomas had more pen pals that just Mark Meadows, it turns out:
WASHINGTON — Shortly after the 2020 election, Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, the conservative activist and wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, sent an email to an aide to a prominent House conservative saying she would have nothing to do with his group until his members go “out in the streets,” a congressional source familiar with the exchange told NBC News…
…Thomas wrote to the aide that Freedom Caucus members were tougher than RSC members, were in the fight and had then-President Donald Trump’s back, according to the source familiar with the email contents. Until she saw RSC members “out in the streets” and in the fight, she said, she would not help the RSC, the largest caucus of conservatives on Capitol Hill.
The Brooks Brothers Riot of the 2000 Goat Rodeo comes to mind, and of course ole Clarence is the only remaining Justice from that era (however three others were involved as private citizens: Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Coathangers), so you can see why Ginny thought that this might work to get the geriatrics to waddle out of their managed care facility, er, the Senate (or whatevs). But remember, even the faintest whiff of politics is allegedly an anathema to the SCOTUS
We note for the record that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been released from the hospital just in time to ignore calls for his resignation for trying to cover up his wife’s involvement in an attempt to overthrow the U.S. government.
Last word:
Bacterial Infection can also be a very nice way of saying STD.

Hey what’s a Constitution compared to a coven of drooling, keening Prayer Warriors? Another thing the rats broke?
