President Zelensky Addresses Congress

The first tweet I saw this morning:

Meanwhile, President Handsome Joe Biden signed the new budget into law yesterday, which means that officially the $13.6 billion Ameros Congress appropriated for Ukraine is available. However, it’s not just one of those giant novelty checks that Zelensky gets to spend as he sees fit, President Biden has to figure out how to actually use it to help Ukraine. So far Biden has said no to jets, but yes to land-war ordinance. We’ll see how that plays out as he tries to avoid WWIII.

So that Tweet above is very significant, when you think about it.
