The Biden administration plans to ban imports of oil and natural gas from Russia as soon as Tuesday, following days of behind-the-scenes talks where officials studied far-flung ideas for protecting the global economy from an energy shock, four people with knowledge of the matter said.
“Republicans are setting a trap for President Biden. They’re demanding he take actions that will raise gasoline prices — with obvious plans to attack him politically after the prices rise.”
So President Handsome Joe Biden is damned either way, but he is going to do the honorable thing, which we note that the Republicans are not doing (see Scorpion and Frog). We can talk all we want to about oil companies price gouging (which they are already doing), but it never dampens the fact that Possum Hollar is spending its Ameros to fill up their small-dick inadequacy compensation trucks, and election cycles have been lost on less.

Give the option, when convoy jerks object, of pointing out they are supporting fascism. Expose the cockroaches using this message. They might use it as a means of connecting and congregating, but anti-cockroach forces can use that as a tracking device.

I watch a lot of Jen Psaki and already saw that clip, but the Politics Girl clip was/is spot on. Even better, I now know she exists and will follow her commentary. Corporate greed especially oil company greed has never been addressed. Here’s hoping Biden can and will do something to alleviate the problem. Not sure how much he can accomplish greed seems to be part of the GQP dna…

Expect a thunderous drumbeat of “Bad News for Biden” to come from the press, because they’re going to be ecstatic to bring in a Putin-style dictatorship in this country right until the moment the goons come for them. Then they’ll just be shocked that they’re getting fed to the face-eating leopards.
