Theme from the very short-lived series starring the 7½th Doctor, the cool doctor, starring James Coburn as Flint Who, whose catchphrase is “Come into my phone booth, darling, Everything’s bigger inside”
Haven’t watched the Doctor since Tom Baker turned into Peter Davison (?) but I totally love Bill Bailey. He embiggens every Brit panel show on YouTube. Also “Black Books.”
Honestly, you’ve missed a lot of Dr. Who then. As cringingly bad as the last 5 Doctors have been at times, some of the episodes are the best the series has ever produced.
It’s off topic, but I found a really good video for black history month (at Ten Bears place), and for those of us who lived through the insanity of the sixties and found a way to move forward (and beyond, obligatory scifi ref). There is a lot of history embedded in this. Those of us who lived in that era will recognize most if not all of it…
