Bill Barr Blows

Unofficial DC is shocked, shocked I say that Bill Barr’s tell-all is, well, telling his opinion of Hair Füror:

Former Attorney General Bill Barr is unsparing in his criticism of former President Donald Trump, according to an early preview of his forthcoming tell all.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the former AG goes after his ex-boss regularly over the course of his 600 page tome “One Damn Thing After Another” — which is set for release on March 8. In the book, Barr sets fire to the former president’s false claim that the 2020 election was rigged against him.

“The election was not ‘stolen,’” Barr wrote. “Trump lost it.”

The former AG added that he believes Trump would have won if he had “just exercised a modicum of self-restraint, moderating even a little of his pettiness.” He also called for the Republican party to move on from Trump and his “erratic personal behavior” in 2024.

Barr has always been a monster (see Iran-Contra), but he’s always had the discipline to shut his yap shut about that. If he cannot keep his yap shut about Lord Damp Nut, consider what that that means.

  2. I think that Barr sees this as his last best hope for a big payoff. He is older, and he has burned bridges and his reputation while like so many of tRump’s administration he is having trouble getting a think tank or other Republican fake job position. So write and sell a book about tRump for big money.

I’m with Scottie – all it means is he sees more money in this than in the pursuits this book cuts off.

All of the overrated and overpaid stenographers within the worthless media will be falling over each clamoring to get that ‘exclusive tell-all’ about what most adults already know about fat nixon and his shitty behavior.

I bet Ivana has a book to tell. If she was willing to sell it she might even be able to explain why Putin has such a tight hold on him.
On the other hand, she likely wants to drink her tea in peace.

I can hardly wait to read trump’s clever name for Barr.
    Not buying the book, though.

  5. Dear lod I”d love to see him in a chair in Congress with lights on him, while the chairman of the J6 committee is sitting with a copy of his book and dzens of bookmarks, “Mr. Barr, what did you know, and when did you know it?”

But hey, I’m just a boomer who came of political age watching the Watergate hearings…

I really wish we could nick some of these folks $$$ under ‘Son of Sam’ laws…

BS Bill Barr is what the kids call a derivative thinker. No original ideas, just keeping his nose and lips to someones asshole to make his way in this world. Unqualified to at this point to do anything. Does he really think liberals are going to buy his book? Because down in possum holler they sure ain’t.

Maybe it’s like a job application. Whatever organization(s) buys up copies of his book by the bale might be amenable to hiring him as an advisor or something.

I understand what you’re saying, but if some some group or person does buy a butt load of his books it will just be the usual ploy by the right to make itself look good. Like any common narcissist. But still not giving a poop about Barr himself or his need for a job or money. “What have you done for me lately” fits into the right-wing way of doing things. Plus Barr’s book does say bad things about Trump, and that is a no-no.
