    Gee, hooda thunk a GOP guvnor might have policies and views that most voters do not like after they went out and voted for them! If only there had been a way to find out his real views.

      No need to wonder: well-meaning white people keep falling for the corporate media’s right wing propagangda and unfair, dishonest attacks on Democrats (see Gore, see Hillary, see Biden/McAuliffe).

      This, these white people keep finding new and increasingly irrational reasons to convince themselves that this time Republicans are going to be different: Bush’s “compassionate conservativism,” Trump’s “outsider status,” and Youngkin’s “just a suburban dad in a fleece vest.”

      Whoopsy daisy, turns out the GQP will never have anything to offer but fearmongering, incompetence, bigotry, and crashing the economy. When will white voters who are smart and sane convince the rest stop being Charlie Brown to the right’s Lucy with the football?
