The New York Times was handed a small victory on Monday, after a New York district judge said he would dismiss a landmark defamation case brought against it by former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
Expect it to go to SCOTUS.

Would this open the door for HRC to sue various and sundry publications? I mean… there’s is a metric shite tonne more evidence of malice against Hillary that against Palin.
