The famous Eff-off Sen. Sinema and her eff-off ring
Guys, it’s not even close:
In a head-to-head matchup, we find Gallego is poised to beat Sinema 74-16 — a 12-point increase in Gallego’s share of support from October.
It’s Ruben Gallego’s nomination if he wants it.
But could he win the General?

Sinema won’t run for reelection. I don’t think she ever intended to run, and she may resign before the end of her term. She can’t be that stupid to think her stance against voting rights would play well among Arizona Democrats. Most likely, she will get a gig as a lobbyist for big pharma or some form of wingnut welfare. That would be consistent with her history as a gadfly.

And she is a big supporter of the DSA (Direct Sales Association). That is another possible landing spot.

Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but I don’t see a happy ending for her after the Senate.

I cannot picture who would hire her thinking she had clout with anyone.
I just picture the phone ringing, and intern answering and just saying by route, “I’m sorry Ms. Sinema, the Reprentative is on another call. I’ll let [him/her] know you called,” and then throwing the While You Were Out memo into the trash.

Money is political clout. If she’s handing it out, all is forgiven. And as a former senator, she would have all kinds of access privileges. I don’t see that she has any commitment to any principles, except as a convenient dodge.
