Happy Burns Night

Before ye tuck into the haggis:

“Some hae meat and canna eat,
And some wad eat that want it,
But we hae meat and we can eat,
And sae the Lord be thankit.”

Wasn’t it our Robby Burns who told us about that wee slikket mouse he saw crawling around on the bonnet of the lady in the kirk?
I’ ll be listening to Thistle & Shamrock this Thursday. Our host, Fiona Ritchie, always honors this occasion with great music and a story or two. Happy Burns Night!

I was confused , i was thinking about his little poem, ” To a Louse” . It is not like we think about these things everyday. Anyway, thanks for the tune.
