Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) promised in November that he would run for attorney general if he could raise $1 million in 10 days.
And while he eventually entered the race, claiming he met his goal, a new campaign finance report shows he did not come close… His report shows he only got roughly $27,000.
Well, he’ll just have to do his media blitz by personally putting up stickers in diner men’s rooms across the state.

That makes him a bonafide fiscal conservative.

Well, $27k AND a jar of pickles, two tickets to the ho-down last September, and a… well, a thing that squeaks when you squeeze it, so they’re like half way there.
And too busy with the squeaky thing to answer any of your dumb questions.

Well, I’m glad to see Gobber’s tenure as AG is off to its predictably good start and it bodes well for his administration because we all know how important truth and facts are to prosecutions and trials. We are a year away from witch burnings — perhaps even literally — in America.
Huzzah!

The current Texas AG is under indictment and apparently people would rather stick with him.

I’d say that more Texans would rather stick with him than people.
