Have You Heard The Good News?

As we predicted when the Trump-Virus started…

Those least likely to worry about getting covid (Republicans) have been those most likely to get covid

Since early in the pandemic, there have been a variety of ways in which views of the situation fall along partisan lines. For example, Republicans have consistently expressed less concern about contracting the coronavirus than have Democrats — a view that correlates to being less likely to get vaccinated, wear a mask or reduce public interactions.

We might not be surprised, then, by new data from YouGov polling conducted for the Economist: Republicans are significantly more likely to report having contracted the virus than are Democrats.

Seek and ye shall receive, bitches, and Dawg almighty helps those who help themselves.

Don’t you guys find it AWFULLY convenient that people who are less likely to wear masks, get vaccinated, or avoid crowds are the ones who are DYING at a higher rate? It’s like there’s some kind of conspiracy to kill off people who refuse to vote Democrat! I warned you about the UN population control program, didn’t I? Now they are starting with people who refuse to bow to their oppressive pandemic control measures!

I apologize to my wife and my sister. It looks like worrying does help. I still don’t think I want to do it, though.

In addition “Those least likely to worry about dying from covid (Republicans) have been those most likely to die from covid.” [At least around these parts.]

  5. It has occurred to me that with all these people dying that there’s going to be a lot less SS & Medicare having to be paid out … coincidence? Or was this the plan all along?

    • A LOT of intergenerational wealth transfer, too. Hell, they were (and still are!) openly cheering on the fact that it’s mostly old people dying. Like Abbot in Texas saying that Paw-Paw and Meemaw should be happy to sacrifice themselves for the texas Ecomnomy for the sake of their grandkids.
